Here are midi ox receive instructions that hit a dead end. What can I do now? I emailed the seller but I dont expect they'll hold may hand all the way through this process. Problem - My control panel has a " performance information and tools " option, but nothing else that says performance Now choose the Hardware tab:" link or option as the midi yoke installation instructions require. I was told to go to control panel and select the Performance and Maintenance screen, and choose System. If you have a PC download the Midiox software: I was told to use Midi Ox to download the sounds. I knew shouldn't because I will never figure out how to download them.
